Q) What carrier will you be shipping through?

A. USPS or UPS

Q) How long is the processing time before orders will ship?

A.  Instock orders will be shipped within 3 business days.  Please allow extras time during the holidays or after any promotional sale. Preorders items will ship around the ETA provided  

Q) Who pays for postage on returns?

A. Customers are responsible for paying for the postage on returns. **If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item we will cover return postage.
